Complete Free Fitness Workout Plan

"A free fitness training program that includes a diet outline, cardio and weight training exercises."

I consider a good complete free fitness workout plan, for the average person looking to get into shape, to be the "Lifestyle Cut Diet".  Why?  Because I've tried it... and it worked well for me.  Written by fitness expert Derek Charlebois, with Marc Lobliner (owner of Scivation supplements) and Chuck Rudolph MEd RD, this free fitness training program contains everything you need to get into shape.

The diet consists of counting servings, rather than calories, which simplifies the entire process.  It also allows for an occasional cheat meal to help you keep your sanity.  Using food and exercise to spark your metabolism, the lifestyle cut diet gets you eating small healthy meals on a regular basis.

This 107 page complete free fitness workout plan and diet is an informative read that kept me glued to it throughout.

The free fitness book breaks down everything you need to know about dieting, cardio and weight training, in order to improve your health and fitness awareness... and left me feeling empowered!

I learned what the six essential nutrients are, fiber types, how to select food types that help build muscle and lose fat, and much more.

Some of the diet calls for Scivation supplements, such as Whey Protein, Branch Chain Amino Acids (BCAA's), and others... which are very good as far as supplements go.

I use Scivation's Xtend BCAA's on a regular basis, but often buy discounted whey protein as it comes on sale in my area.

However, I do not see these supplements as "necessary" for the diet itself.

If you are pressed for time and need to substitute the odd meal here and there, then using the recommended supplements is fine in my opinion.

I mostly utilize whey protein immediately after my workout or when I am pressed for time to get a meal in, otherwise I stick with real food for the most part.

I also found this free exercise ebook contains a few exercise programs that are easy to follow.

Additionally, free cardio workouts are also explained and detailed to complete this free workout plan.

Basically, everything you need to give you the knowledge necessary is provided in this ebook, and it is absolutely free to download.
